    • Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
    • Minimum drinking age in Ireland is 18. 
    • Wheelchair accessibility: Please let us know in advance of the tour so we can make sure to book accessible venues. 
    • There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing! We run the tour in all types of weather (unless there is a severe weather warning) so please come prepared! 
    • This tour runs on minimum numbers and it is very unusual that the tour does not go ahead but if so, we will be in touch to make alternative arrangements or issue a full refund.  
    • We do not provide alternative food or drink substitutes on this tour. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Full refunds are available if cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. 
    • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour’s start time. 
    • Changes made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be accepted.

    Grainne was our tour guide, really knows her stuff, and is able to communicate it most interestingly. She did keep us waiting a bit for the first food, but then OMG, it was so delicious! She structured it as a 3-course meal with appetizer, entree, and dessert. This was so clever. Eat and walk. Alcohol was provided at every one of the 3 food stops. Eat and walk less steadily. When we got the entree, we had a choice of fish or 2 types of meat. These were full servings, so if you go, make sure you’re starving! Grainne is charming and very compassionate to her guests, adjusting the food and beverages to the desires/likes/fussiness (me) of the clients.

From the first moment you meet her you can tell that she is one intelligent woman who has a lot of knowledge to offer about Irish history and culture. Every food item presented was delicious, delightful and revealing of the Irish culture. I feel that for what we paid this tour is money well spent.

  • What happens if I arrive late? 

    You must arrive 15 mins before the start of any tour. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the group if you arrive late, nor can we wait for late arrivals. Please contact us if you are running late or having difficulty finding the meeting point. 

  • Is the tour appropriate for infants/children? 

    A walking tour of Dublin with beer, whiskey, food and culture may not be your child’s idea of fun! The drinking age in Ireland is 18 years and over and if you are fortunate to look any younger you might be asked for ID, please take this as a compliment! 

  • Do you deliver tours in other languages? 

    All tours are delivered in English and experiences can also be delivered in French and German subject to availability, advance notice and an additional fee. Please contact us at info@flavourtrails.ie in advance of booking your tour to discuss further.
