Cancellation Policy
All public tours can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after this are non-refundable. Flavour Trails Ltd cannot provide refunds or alternative dates for no-shows. Please note you may be turned away without a refund if you show up intoxicated to the tour.
What happens if I arrive late?
You must arrive 15 mins before the start of any tour. Unfortunately we cannot delay the group if you arrive late, nor can we wait for you.
Do we offer discounts when booking our other products?
When you do a tour with us, we are delighted to offer a 10% discount when you book one of our other tours. Contact us directly at info@flavourtrails.ie for more information on the Irish Food Trail, Whiskey Trail, Taste Trail Dublin or Storytelling Trail.
Can I book a private tour or a tour for a group of friends?
Yes we would love to hear from you, contact us info@flavourtrails.ie. We can run private or group tours upon request at any time or date (subject to availability). All group sizes are catered for.
If we purchase a gift voucher, do we have to nominate a date?
No, you can buy gift vouchers and the recipient can contact us and book a date that suits.
Do you cater for vegetarians or gluten free?
Yes, we can cater for most dietary requirements (excluding vegan) on the Irish Food Trail, please let us know in advance. On all other tours, snacks and food pairings are fixed and alternatives are not available.
Food allergies: Email us at info@flavourtrails.ie before you book your space. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but it is not guaranteed that we can do so and these dishes may not reflect the storytelling element of the tour.
Is the tour appropriate for infants/children?
The tour is designed for adults and involves alcohol and strong flavours.
The drinking age in Ireland is 18 years and over, if you are fortunate to look any younger you might be asked for ID, please take this as a compliment!
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Please contact us before booking to ensure there are wheelchair friendly venues available on your preferred date. We will do our best to accommodate all abilities.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The tour will run in all weather conditions. It’s Ireland so please be prepared! Umbrellas, rain coats and sun cream are all strongly recommended. Tours won’t be cancelled in case of bad weather (unless severe weather warnings force closure), it’s Ireland, bring your armbands!
To tip or not to tip?
Tipping is the culture in Ireland. If you enjoyed your tour and you feel the guide provided a great experience, tipping is encouraged.
Is there a minimum number required for the tour to run?
Our tours can only run when minimum numbers are met. If the tour does not reach minimum numbers, we will be in touch with you prior to the tour to offer alternative tour/date/time options.
