Lara worked as a tour guide for a few years and has now added the administration side of tourism to her portfolio. She is a real home bird and loves the Irish weather, the dark and witty sense of humour and having the craic. Controversially, she is not a big fan of potatoes unless their Boxty fries! She does love unusual food combinations and quirky venues, which she is always happy to share with our guests. Living in Leixlip. Co. Kildare with her husband Paddy, Lara loves art, nature and spending time with friends. “I love to entertain, make people smile and make connections. Being the first person they see when they walk through the door is exciting because I am often the first Irish person they meet!”
