The Taste Table

Midleton Single Pot Still Whiskeys are world renowned and eminently decorated for their signature pot still spices, silky mouthfeel and full, complex flavours.
Inside our maturation warehouse you will get the opportunity to sample celebrated brands like Midleton Very Rare Barry Crocket, Redbreast, Red Spot, plus a rare and exclusive whiskey, drawn directly from a barrel.
These whiskey’s have been perfectly paired with hand-made, bespoke, Irish chocolates. It takes place in the intimate setting of Dublin’s only live maturation warehouse.
