Tour Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is your cancellation policy?

All bookings are non-refundable. Flavour Trails Ltd. cannot under any circumstance provide refunds or alternative dates for no-shows. Please note you may be turned away without a refund if you show up intoxicated to the tour.

  • What happens if I arrive late?

You must arrive 15 mins before the start of any tour. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the group if you arrive late, nor can we wait for late arrivals. Please contact us if you are running late or having difficulty finding the meeting point.

  • Do you cater for vegetarians or gluten free?

Yes, we can cater for most dietary requirements on The Irish Food Trail but not on our other public tours. Please let us know about any food allergies or other specifics in advance by emailing us before you book your space. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements but it is not guaranteed that we can always do so. Please note, these dishes may not be the focus of the storytelling element of tour.

    Contact Us
  • Is the tour appropriate for infants/children?

A walking tour of Dublin with beer, whiskey, food and culture may not be your child’s idea of fun! The drinking age in Ireland is 18 years and over and if you are fortunate to look any younger you might be asked for ID, please take this as a compliment!

  • Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Please contact us before booking to ensure there are wheelchair-friendly venues available on your preferred date. We will do our best to accommodate all abilities.

  • Do you deliver tours in other languages?

All tours are delivered in English and experiences can also be delivered in French and German subject to availability, advance notice and an additional fee. Please contact us at info@flavourtrails.ie in advance of booking your tour to discuss further.
